Our approach is aggressive yet honest and discreet.  Working within the law, no effort is too great for a client.  The goal of surveillance and investigation is to discover and document the facts:  in other words, the truth.  Beginning with a well-developed investigative plan, our level of preparedness assures that our investigators will have a high degree of success.  Naturally, there are unpredictable elements in any given surveillance assignment (such as traffic congestion, faulty information, etc.) but these are the only factors that we cannot control.

Fees:
We feel that it is only fair that we give our clients the most accurate estimate possible before performing any work.  We pre-approve all expenditures with the client so that there will be no surprises.  Our detailed approach not only saves you money,  it also saves us pointless frustration.  Working together, we will formulate an investigative plan that makes sense both logistically and financially.  In the case of a surveillance, we gather intelligence information and determine beforehand the most advantageous hours of operation so that down-time is minimized and so that the client is only paying for actual hours worked by the investigator(s)

• Investigative work is billed at the rate of $90.00 per hour, in fifteen minute increments.  This is a flat rate for cases within the metropolitan San Francisco Bay Area.  There are no additional charges for mileage, report writing, videotapes, equipment rental fees, bridge tolls, cell phone calls, etc. within such area.  You pay only for time worked, door to door, starting from our office in San Mateo, California.     
• Additional investigators (if required) will be billed at the rate of $50.00 per hour, in fifteen minute increments.   Please be aware that a "two man" surveillance is a standard surveillance practice and is far more efficient within a busy urban environment or when surveillance is conducted on an already suspicious subject.  We will not have more than one investigator working a case without your prior approval and we will explain exactly why a two (or more) person investigation is necessary. 
• There is a mileage charge (.40 cents per mile) if an assignment requires travel greater than 100 miles per day plus any travel, food and lodging expenses. 
• We offer flat rates for our other types of investigative work such as asset searches, background investigations, missing persons and database research.
