We also provide information services.  We have access to hundreds of extensive databases, including asset and Department of Motor Vehicles information.  We are not information brokers, and our research related to surveillance, locates, skiptracing, background investigations and asset searches is only available to clients with whom we have a contractual working relationship.  Our clients are consistently impressed with both the amount and the accuracy of the information that we provide and in our ability to document and cross-reference known or suspected activity.

As pioneers in the manufacture and application of electronic and technical tools of the surveillance, we incorporate the use of every state of the art device appropriate for a given investigation.  Our inventory includes body-worn covert (hidden) video surveillance cameras, specialized camcorders, custom surveillance vehicles, modern radio communications, night vision scopes, vehicle tracking technology and countermeasures (debugging) equipment.  None of these tools is a replacement for old-fashioned hard work, but they often help provide a level of performance and objectivity which was previously unavailable in our industry.  When other investigative firms need technical expertise, they come to us-- why not you?

Fill out the forms to the best of your ability, sign the contract and fax or mail everything back to us.  We will begin work as soon as we receive the information, a signed contract and a retainer.

Fees:

We feel that it is only fair that we give our clients the most accurate estimate possible before performing any work.  We pre-approve all expenditures with the client so that there will be no surprises.  Our detailed approach not only saves the client money, it also saves our investigators pointless frustration.  Working together, we will formulate an investigative plan that makes sense both logistically and financially.  In the case of a surveillance, we gather intelligence information and determine beforehand the most advantageous hours of operation so that down-time is minimized and so that the client is only paying for actual hours worked by the investigator(s)

• Investigative work is billed at the rate of $90.00 per hour, in fifteen-minute increments, plus common operating expenses.
• Additional investigators (if required) are billed at the rate of $50.00 per hour, in fifteen-minute increments, plus common operating expenses.   We will not assign more than one investigator to a case without your prior approval and we will explain exactly why a two (or more) person investigation is necessary. 
• We also offer flat rates for investigative work such as asset searches, background investigations, missing persons and database research.
