Please note that out of a sense of responsibility to our clients and the investigative community, no video camera housings are shown on this web site.  It is simply bad operational security to publicize what our products look like!  A catalog of our surveillance products is available to our clients and to industry professionals.  If you feel the need to see pictures, please do a web search containing the word “spy,” and you will be able to visit many web sites.  Such companies do not carry many sophisticated products, but their information will familiarize you with the technology that is commercially available. 

Excelsior Services, Inc. is operated by Patrick McKee and Barbara J. S. McKee.  We have been featured in local (KTVU, KPIX, KGO), national and international (Computer Chronicles) television news segments and also radio (KGO, KSFO) and newspaper (S.J. Mercury News, ANG Newspaper Group) interviews.   

Patrick is a licensed private investigator (CA PI #19123) in the State of California. His employment history includes work in the investigative, security and personal protection fields, and he has an educational background in psychology, criminal justice, criminal profiling and electronics. He attended the Basic Police Academy at Los Medanos College and has also completed several law enforcement and firearms training programs. In addition, he is a trained Emergency Medical Technician, an instructor of practical martial arts, and the very proud father of his two sons.
          
A graduate of Yale University and the University of Chicago Law School, Barbara is an attorney licensed to practice law in the States of California and New York and is a licensed private investigator (CA PI# 19123) in the state of California.  In addition to being proficient in five languages, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Comparative Literature at the University of California at Berkeley.
